With great weather, easy access from the local airport, a host of things to see and do, not to mention the food, this really is a superb destination for your holiday.

This site allows you to 'reserve' your holiday dates allowing you time to your flights and time off work, safe in the knowledge that these dates cannot be reserved by another party. We will hold these dates for you for a maximum of 14 days

You MUST confirm your reservation within 14 days - full instructions on how to do this are contained in the e-mail you receive when you make your reservation. If you don't, the dates will become available again. We hope you agree this gives all our clients a fair chance of getting their preferred weeks - we do not want dates being blocked indefinitely.

Obviously, if you are having a problem with, for example, your flights, please contact us to discuss a temporary extension to your reservation.

If necessary, you can cancel your reservation during this 14 day period via this website - just log in via "View my reservation" and follow the instructions.

The website uses a real-time booking database - all reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis!

Unlike a package holiday, you can go and come back when you like - we do not insist on whole weeks starting on a particular day of the week.

This flexibility, however, means you must bear the following in mind:

• Different airlines fly on different days.
• The same airline may fly different days depending on your departure airport.
• The airlines all charge a premium for school holidays / peak season.
• The airlines, especially charter, do not allow you to book more than one year in advance. If you book the villa two years ahead, the schedule may have changed and therefore it may not be possible to fly when you need to!

You can use our 'Flight Finder' to jump to websites of those airlines offering online availability checking or online booking.

Please chose dates corresponding to your flights e.g. Monday to Monday. This means the website will reserve you seven nights i.e Monday to Sunday inclusive. Another party can therefore book the Monday of your departure.

Please reserve only the dates you need after you've checked and chosen your flight dates. If you reserve dates then choose a different flight, you cannot amend your dates. In this case, delete your existing reservation and start again with your new dates.

N.B.The villa must be vacated by 11 AM on the date of departure. New arrivals can check in after noon on the arrival date. This allows for the villa to be cleaned, linen and towels to be changed etc.

Once your resevation has been successfully received, the website will send you an e-mail confirmation with instructions on how to convert your reservation into a firm booking.
